Focused on the anti-aging benefits of exercise; combating symptom's of menopause, prevention of muscle loss and osteoporosis. We use weight training to maintain and build muscle and bone density. Our programs are designed for both male and females.

Private training encompasses the optimum benefits of personal training in the comfort of a private gym. This service is available from our own venue where we have a fully equipped gym. Alternatively if you have your own gym we can travel to you and tailor a program around your equipment.
