How to stay on track with your fitness !

How do I stay motivated to eat well and work out? A common question. 


There are a few things to focus on that will help keep you on track.


  • Create goal milestones. Giving yourself something solid to work towards in a set period of time. 

  • Have a program plan.  Begin your journey by starting on a 4 or 6 week program that will constantly challenge you. Keep a record of you workouts so you can compare your progress. Continue to a new plan after the first program finishes.

  • Keep track by taking photos. Take pictures each week to observe your transformation. 

  • Keep a food diary this will help consistency and awareness. 

  • Create a routine. We are creatures of habit. Nurture this by keeping a routine in your week for your exercise.  

  • Recognise the changes. Increased energy and stamina in day to day activities. Stronger body and more muscle tone. 

  • Don't get thrown off track by a bad meal, day or social event. Put it behind you and keep the healthy habits strong.

  • Tell people about your goals and progress to increase your accountability.
